We take pride in everything we do at FLY, to make sure you see things right.

If for any reason you feel your glasses aren’t helping you see the bigger picture, then don’t worry we’ve got you covered. 

When you shop with us, we provide you 30 days to try and test out your new pair of spectacles so you can truly get to know them. 

And if you find they’re not working exactly right for you, you can confidently know you can return them within the 30 days. 

So go ahead, shop with confidence when shopping with FLY.

How do I return an item?

Returning your glasses couldn’t be easier, simply put the frames you want to return in the envelope or box they came in, stick a return label over the existing address label, take them to your local post office and post back out to us on the below address:

Refunds

Once we receive your returned glasses, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. 

Once your return is approved, the money will be refunded to you using your original method of payment within 30 days. All banks are different in the amount of time they take to process a payment, so it may take a few days for the refund to show up in your account. 

If this hasn’t been the case please wait 30 days before contacting us again as more than likely your payment will be back with you in this time frame. 

Insurance

If you’re shipping an item over £50.00, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives safely. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item. It’s better to be safe than sorry as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post.
